“Hunter’s Moon”
with Yvonne Rodriguez
An ADC yoga class mainstay for several moons, brings you the amazing chance to partake in the ultimate spiritual yoga class during the full moon.
Taught by one of our local guest yoga instructors you will start the class at moon rise but enjoy the glow of the full moon as it rises over Mt. Cristo Rey during class.
This class will surely calm your mind for an amazing restful nights sleep.
$20 per person includes an after class complimentary mimosa
