Born & raised in El Paso, Texas, Deb Grado Pistella is a 500hr Registered Yoga Teacher who loves making yoga fun and accessible to all.

She started to practice yoga in 2010 while attending the University of Houston. Then in 2015 Deb got her 200hr yoga certification here locally at Casa de Yoga. Her passion for yoga has led her to teach since then. In 2019 Deb went through an advanced teacher training program at Surya Yoga where she reached her 500hr level certification. Deb loves sharing the benefits of yoga both on and off the mat not only physically but mentally & emotionally as well so that participants can find a great sense of overall health & wellbeing just as she has and continues to do so through using her yoga throughout the day. No previous experience is necessary, just an open mind.

ABOUT DEB'S CLASS: All levels of yoga are taught by Deb. Class inlcudes a combination of stretching and strengthing while flowing along with mindful breathing. No experience necessary, just an open mind.
