The Arc of El Paso will be offering gift wrapping services during the market so you can shop and eat while your gifts are wrapped beautifully all for a donation to their amazing organization. The Arc of El Paso is committed to serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), their families and caregivers living in the El Paso borderland region. They believe that people with IDD are defined by their strengths, abilities, and values – not by their disability.
