FARMER/GARDENER

Ardovino’s Desert Crossing is looking for an experienced farmer/gardener to help maintain our gardens and orchards. Experience is a must to fulfill the requirements of this position! Candidate must generate, execute and follow the schedule/calendar for planning, planting, and maintenance activities for all ADC gardens, orchards, and grounds. Responsible for all things growing and green in the gardens, orchards, and plant beds on the property. Candidate must;

• Be able to work in all weather conditions with exposure to the elements

• Have working knowledge of gardening tools both non-motorized and motorized.

• Have knowledge of irrigation techniques using sprinklers, hoses, valve maintenance, and flooding methods.

• Must be able to lift heavy objects.

• Must be able to follow directions and communicate clearly to others.
