Glenn received his first boost in blues guitar from Michael Bloomfield. “Michael taught me how to bend the string, to make that note sing”. Glenn never fit into the popular employed bands of El Paso, but played with a number of progressive rock and blues bands including; Long John Hunter, Orange Tuna Band, Terminal Blues and Magic. Over the years he has had late night jam sessions with Eric Johnson, Billy Gibbons and Albert King. His greatest dream in guitar came true when he got to studied with acoustic guitar great Tommy Emmanuel. Currently, he has released Acoustic Journey of solo acoustic guitar music and is about to release another CD in the Fall. Glenn plays with the group Fixated who are just finishing their CD “Latin Dream” which is traditional Mexican music that has been rearranged as progressive jazz.

Glenn’s credo of music is simple; to enlighten and bring joy to the listener. “It’s not about me. I’m just a guitar player. The music is the magic the audience feels and takes home with them… I am just a very blessed and privileged person who gets to present the gift”.
